Announcement: Next Canberra Geek Dinner
And lo, as the sun did sink beneath yon horizon, andst the moon did peek quiveringly through thine clouds, the Lords on the Mountaintop of Yore didst come together and thusly spake:
Lord 1: Behold, for the Canberra Geek Dinner is Nigh!
Lord 2: Beware, for the path you take will lead to certain destruction!
Lord 1: No no no, that's from Labyrinth. You know, the rock faces?
Lord 2: Oops, sorry.
Lord 1: *glares*
Lord 2: Beware, if thine bottoms are not quick, thine seat shall be lost!
Lord 1: That's better.
Lord 2: Thank you.
Lord 1: *sigh*
That's right, the next Canberra Geek Dinner (dum dum dum dum!) has been organised. Well, partially. I started writing this post, and realised that all we've figured out is the date. I'm presuming we're at the same place as last time - Babars in Civic - but it's on the evening of Wednesday, February the 8th. Full details will appear soon, once we actually get around to talking about what time and stuff.
But it needed announcing, the small details will come later :)
