And now it's here - MSDN Wiki!

Well, Rob hinted it at it.

Then he hinted more.

And even more.

Then Soma announced it.

Then Rob was allowed to talk about it.

And now Frank has even blogged it too :)

The MSDN Wiki.

I'm excited. MS have put up a version of the MSDN documentation for VS2005 and the 2.0 framework inside a wiki - now members of the community can come and add content: code samples, gotchas, discussion items, whatever to every page within the msdn library.

This is exciting - if anyone who ever had any trouble came and documented it in here, how valuable a resource could this be? Even if just some of us do it, it's going to be an extremely valuable resource.

It's still in beta, and theyr'e still working out where to go from here. But damn - what a way to help everyone else out! This is definitely a site to keep an eye on. Over time, it's only going to get better.

Also worth watching is the MSDN Wiki Blog. So far there's only an announcement, but hopefully they'll keep using it.
